Cavallo is a French island, very close to the southern tip of Corsica. It is privately ownd, so access is limited.
You may enter the small port of Cavallo and visit the island by foot. There is a little commercial centre, with shops and restaurants and quite a few private luxury villas, including the Summer residence of H.H. Victor Emmanual, the king of Italy in exile.
